One missing tooth. One permanent solution.
A dental implant replaces one missing tooth with a titanium root inserted into the jawbone, topped with a custom crown that matches your natural teeth. Unlike a traditional bridge, no neighbouring teeth need to be ground down.
- Looks, feels, and functions like a natural tooth
- Preserves the underlying jawbone (which a bridge or denture cannot)
- Doesn't damage the healthy teeth either side
- Designed as a long-term solution — 95%+ survival at 10 years in published data, with proper care
- Same-day immediate provisional crown possible in selected cases
Two, three, or more — fixed in place.
When several adjacent teeth are missing, an implant-supported bridge replaces them all using just two or three implants — fewer implants than missing teeth, fixed permanently in your mouth.
- Fewer implants than teeth — typically 2 implants support a 3-tooth bridge
- No removable parts, no adhesives, no slipping
- Stops the bone loss that follows tooth loss
- Stronger and more conservative than a traditional fixed bridge
- Healthy adjacent teeth stay untouched
Two implant fixtures in the jaw bone support a 3-unit bridge above — the middle crown floats as a “pontic,” replacing the missing tooth without damaging adjacent natural teeth.
An entire jaw of fixed teeth — in one day.
If you're losing or have lost most of your teeth, or you're struggling with ill-fitting dentures, full-arch implants give you a brand new set of fixed teeth in a single appointment. As few as four implants per jaw.
- Fixed provisional teeth fitted the same day as surgery
- No more dentures, adhesive, or food restrictions
- Often achievable without bone grafting, even with significant bone loss
- Final permanent metal-reinforced zirconia bridge fitted 3-4 months later
- Dr Nadeem has completed 200+ full-arch cases
Told you don't have enough bone? The right implant system and experience can change the answer.
Many general dentists turn patients away as "not suitable for implants" because of bone loss. The truth is, modern implant techniques have evolved well beyond what many general implant providers are set up to offer. We routinely treat patients told no elsewhere — and most patients told they need bone grafting can avoid it entirely.
Worth saying clearly: every dental implant preserves jawbone simply by being there — that's not unique. What is unique about Neodent's short and narrow systems is they let us place the implant in bone other clinics would say isn't enough — without grafting.
Two implant systems from Neodent (Straumann group) make this possible — both clinically proven, both routinely used at Smile Success.
- Short enough to fit the bone you already have
- No sinus lift surgery
- No 4–6 month wait for a graft to heal
- No extra £800–£1,500 in bone fees
- Faster, simpler — and you keep your sinus untouched
- An implant that fits the bone you already have
- One surgery instead of two
- No ridge graft
- No second healing phase
- Particularly useful for lower front teeth, upper laterals, and ridges that have thinned over time
Where grafting is genuinely the right call, we'll tell you straight — we use the most conservative technique that will work.
Both backed by Straumann's clinical research, warranty, and the Morse taper connection used across their standard range.

Three ways to replace one missing tooth.
A like-for-like comparison — same patient, one missing tooth, three options. Pricing shown is Smile Success’s actual fees, not industry averages.
The bridge isn’t the cheaper option. At Smile Success, a single implant (£2,200) is actually £800 less than a 3-unit bridge for the same job (£3,000) — and the implant preserves your bone, doesn’t damage two healthy teeth, and is designed as a long-term solution rather than something that needs replacing every 10–15 years.
Pricing shown is for replacing one missing tooth at Smile Success Camberley. Bridge cost calculated as 3 crown units × £1,000. Denture pricing varies with materials and design (acrylic vs cobalt-chrome). All cases assessed clinically before any treatment is recommended — the right answer depends on your individual situation.
You've decided on implants. Now where?
Three real options most patients weigh up — and how they actually compare.
Smile Success
Specialist-level UK implant care
- £2,200 — specialist-tier care at fairer pricing
- Highly trained dental implant team across the whole clinic — receptionists, nurses and hygienists, not just the dentists
- CBCT 3D planning standard for every case
- Computer-guided placement available where clinically indicated (additional cost may apply)
- Bone-saving Neodent short/narrow implants for "told no" cases New
- UK-regulated, CQC-inspected, GDC-registered
- Neodent (Straumann group) — globally serviceable implant system, so any qualified dentist worldwide can maintain or repair it
- Long-term local aftercare in Camberley — no flights needed
- 0% finance available
Discount dental chain
- Lower headline price (often £1,800–£2,000)
- Junior/rotating clinicians, less specialist experience
- Wider team (reception, nurses, hygienists) often unfamiliar with implant care — harder to get answers between visits
- Limited or no CBCT 3D planning — "eyeballed" placement is more common
- Volume-driven model — less time per appointment
- Complex cases (bone loss, anxiety) often referred out or declined
Going to Turkey or Hungary
- Cheap headline price — sometimes 60–70% less
- Multiple flights and hotel stays add to total cost
- Healing on a plane raises clinical risk after surgery
- Aftercare & complications need a return flight or local fix-up
- No UK regulatory recourse if anything goes wrong — the General Dental Council (GDC) advises understanding the complaints process before treating abroad
- Many UK dentists are reluctant to take over complex implant work completed abroad — especially when the implant system, records, guarantees or surgical notes are unclear
- The real risk isn't the surgery abroad — it's what happens 6 months, 2 years or 5 years later if something loosens, breaks, becomes infected, or can't be identified. Reasons covered in the General Dental Council guidance on going abroad
- In fairness: some overseas clinicians are highly skilled — but UK aftercare and complaints routes don't follow you home
A fourth option many patients consider: waiting. The risk is that bone loss progresses, options narrow, and treatment becomes more complex and costly. The earlier you assess, the more options you have.
